Hourly pay, can grow within company very fast if you are a quick learner, remote,frequent raises

Cons

Managment is Ok but can definitely use improvement. Not flexible with your personal life at all. Cannot choose your shift, can’t call out sick without getting occurence points. Even if you have sick time or a doctors note. You have to give a weeks notice when calling in sick… lol like what? How can I possibly know when I’ll be sick? Strict attendance policy Very complex job. You will work for the money

Micro Managing at every turn

Pay is good and bonuses if you get good QAs

Cons

Micro managed, have to sit on camera in zoom to make sure your at your work station when not on break, told your the manager and, then requests declined, no explanation of absence policies, training is terrible and you thrown to the wolves with no help
