Hard to get fired from here and you work from home if you perform well.

Cons

Percepta is contracted by ford and the job sucks. The customers are always upset because ford makes just crappy cars .

Micro Managing at every turn

Pay is good and bonuses if you get good QAs

Cons

Micro managed, have to sit on camera in zoom to make sure your at your work station when not on break, told your the manager and, then requests declined, no explanation of absence policies, training is terrible and you thrown to the wolves with no help
