      Not much room for advancement They hardly ever give raises and the merit increases are a joke Every since the original HR team all left at once, the HR department has been an evolving door

Seriously- it is very appreciated and means a lot to us! Percepta does have a very formal performance appraisal process, as well as an objective merit guideline process, that aligns with our pay-for-performance culture. I would like to respectfully address your comment regarding the turnover of the HR team. You are correct in that there has been some turnover within the HR team over the past few years (although the majority of the HR team has been stable and consistent). As the organization continues to grow and develop, naturally, there will be occasional turnover within the team as we work to ensure we have the right professionals in place. We are currently in a confident place with our HR team, and are excited to continue to serve the organization. Thank you again for your 10+ years of service- that truly means a lot! Take care.

      It's a paycheck until something bigger and better comes along.

      This place is not where you will want to build a career. This is a beginner job, where you can learn customer service skills, if you do not have the experience, then move on. In my department, the management teams does not communicate effectively with the team. There are no meetings in my department, and the team is not performing as well as they should overall, as we are not hitting our goals. I never worked anywhere, where there were NO meetings. The morale of the team is not there. Everyone is just forced to do a job with no REAL direction from management. Treatment is not fair across the board, and it seems like we are working in a sweatshop. The benefits are not good. HR does not communicate effectively. It is a bunch of inexperienced people running the show. When you try to speak up, you are looked at as the trouble maker and told to be more of a team player. Management does not appreciate a person that goes above and beyond. There is no real work life balance. I can go on and on about the reasons to pass this place up.

I would encourage you to connect with someone in HR in private to further discuss and investigate your concerns.
