      Great entry level job to suit a means.

      Cons

      Not enough opportunity to move into a better paying position without a degree, even if you have prior experience.

      friendly environment, employees of all ages and experiences

      Cons

      not enough training, ongoing training, pay not equal to work and no bonuses etc, not much resources available to use for helping customers

      There are many different programs available within the company where you can work. The work is varied and different every day.

      Cons

      It seems like they view people as a disposable commodity. It would be nice to feel valued when you come to work and do a good job.
