Pros

Good place to work. Once on the production floor after training bonuses are available. Good benefits even for part time staff. I would recommend to friends.

Cons

Once a position is accepted must keep for one year. If hired part time can not move up to full time. This type of work is not for everyone.

Horrible management and incentive structure. Pay is horrible, and additional duties are expected of you outside your job description without any incentive.
