Pay (16$ is good, especially if you don't have a degree or certifications) Work from Home (even though temporarily) Team Communication (if you have a good team its really cool)

Cons

Customers (A lot of them rude and annoying) Inability to Choose Schedule (Shift bid sucks unless you're ranked high)

Decent Pay good training. Great experience builder on client relations.

Cons

Its all about what have you done lately not your overall performance. You can be terminated quickly just because the metrics are low that month.

Pros

Pay is good enough but not for work, cool trainers and nice supervisor also helpful teamates

Cons

Horrible point system if late or miss a day, lack of communication between teams, supervisor and employees. Work overload, too many cases at once for new hires and just stressful and draining overall. Job is too much to handle and not worth it. So much information to take in , in short period of time
