      Pros

      Working directly with Ford Motor Company is ever changing and dynamic. You are also exposed to many opportunities outside of your own organization.

      Cons

      No room for advancement, Percepta is a joint venture that doesn't have its own identity. This causes a lack of company loyalty or team work.
