      Cons

      * Things changed at the drop of a hat * Expected to know what's going on even when the sups didn't know * Felt like metrics matter more than anything else

      Great management, great training, all around so far everything has been very good.

      Cons

      I wish the pay was a little bit higher that being said, the pay isn't horrible.

      Percepta is not a revolving door in terms of a workplace.

      Cons

      Percepta has a very stern order of operation for new hires that could be tailored a bit to accomidate the potential of greatness within training new hires.
