Pros

* I have been working here before the company was acquired by Perficient (it was formerly PSL) and during this time I think the culture of the company has been really amazing, cause we have flexible schedules and each team is autonomous regarding the daily activities. * There is no vertical structure in which you have to keep reporting to a boss. * The salary compensation is good * The company cares about the wellness of the employees * The company itself tries to follow the best practices in Software Engineering * Even before the pandemic, we were allowed to work from home whenever we required it, and we did not have to ask for "permission" to do it. We just simply informed the team about that, and since everyone is supposed to be responsible with their assignments, there was no any issue about that.

Cons

* Some of the projects/customers can have an old tech stack. In those situations, the company tries to encourage the customer to follow the best practices, trying to keep a balance between what is required by the customer and the good practices suggested for improvements.

Pros

The people's motivations and wellness is always the first thing. Good salary, benefits (remote work, flexible hours). Provides a great work-life balance. There is a unified feeling of support, no matter how complex or strange it could be (professional or personal), there always is a person available to help. Agile mindset springs through the pores. It is promoted and fully adopted in daily work life and projects/accounts. They support the VISA process if you have to travel to the client or other headquarters. Training variety: Udemy unlimited, Scrum, and SAFe certs. The people at Perficient Colombia are knowledgeable, professional, diverse, friendly, and FUN.

Cons

Develop constantly the Centers of Expertise and training/career paths development. It may be necessary to have dedicated coaches, sometimes turns slow or takes time to have a continuous flow of activities, perform a technical assessment or attend all the people interests/request, Most of the times it depends on available time specialists that have as a priority their project/role responsibilities with a client.
