Depend on your client, as a new technical consultant you will need to move around the client. It's a pretty frustrating some times because you need to prepare to leave your current location any time. Bonus is pretty bad. You don't really learn anything from your client a lot of times unless you get placed into a new project. You are just doing college kid work for most of the clients. You don't know when you'll get a raise. Bad communication with your director, my director never replies me. He will read my message and never reply.

life/work balance can be difficult sometimes.
