Pros

Variety of projects and clients give you good flavor of corporate life across many organizations. Get to travel to all parts of the country like most big consulting firms. Recognize talent and reward it with awards and promotions (but not monetarily).

Cons

Lack of certainty of projects - you are here one day, and elsewhere another day. They get much more out of you than what you had signed up for but pay way below market rate for your experience and skills. Lot of mid-level managers and few workers. No training of employees, you only learn on the job. Often a mismatch of skills/interest and the projects you are assigned to.

Pros

Decent pay. People on your immediate team are great to work with.

Cons

Do not work here. You will regret it. Upper management is completely incompetent. Not there based on experience or skills. It's production work. The attitude seems to be: "be happy you're getting a paycheck" yet many people have other employers knocking at their door - and with that said, Perficient should learn to value people and their skills. NOT just see them as billable pieces of flesh, otherwise they'll continue to see a high turnover. Also, they give you a 6 year old computer to work with (windows XP awesome!). They only care about money, money, and money.

Pros

Great Coworkers, great technical resources, good pay, fun events.

Cons

Worst Middle Management I've seen in a long time. A lot of the Local Business Unit GMs and about half of the National Business Unit GMs don't even have sales experience, and therefore have unrealistic expectations and no way of providing real direction for their teams. Most of them fall back on Hunger Games/Mean Girls type politics to stay in position. There is no work life balance as a salesperson here, just long unappreciated hours. The pay is decent and there are fun events, but if you can't walk in with deals in your pocket, it's best to stay clear.
