Thanks for the post. I'd agree with you that our people are special and the products we create deliver on the needs of our customers. We can also make improvements and will look for opportunities to enhance our benefits. We've added Headspace, an app for healthy meditation and improved mental health and wellness. We continue to support all of our products with annual marketing plans that are focused on capturing as many opportunities as possible. Our digital marketing program is one of the best in the industry and captured almost 3,000 net new customers last year. We also won a American Digital Design Award for our brand unification and completely redesigned our web pages to support great usability and to capture more leads. Certainly we can continue to improve and have plans for next year to drive even more leads to our sales team with an emphasis on our field marketing activities. I'm sorry to hear your short time with Perforce didn't achieve your professional goals. We just completed our annual employee engagement survey with tremendous scores. Work & Life balance received a score of 87 as we provide a balanced and flexible work environment. Management transparency, employee alignment, innovation and teamwork all scored over 80. Coming into Perforce as CEO almost two years ago, we put a tremendous amount of effort on transparency in communication, employee alignment to goals, product innovation, sales excitement & rewards, and development of our employees.
