      This is such a terrible place. Please don't work here.

      Cons

      The management just really loves to lie. The managers make blatant false claims just to appease the employees. They are very manipulative, and lying is their expertise. Instead of leading, they are only bossing people around and manipulative them. This company has got to be one of the most horrible places I've ever worked in.

      Most of those I work with closely are top-notch people. Great starting point.

      Cons

      No infrastructure or leadership to scale the company. Their internal process is HORRIBLE and CHAOTIC. One you get two weeks of training on the different software's you use, you are on your own. You are expected to know, and start producing results instantly. Burn out rate is high amongst peers, however, many peers will never tell their managers that they are burnt out. I advise having a back up option if you decide to work with Perforce Software as your first job.
