      I appreciate the post. Perforce does allow for a very flexible work schedule including flexible Friday's. We recently brought in a new Learning and Development leader to help drive programs that will provide additional training, learn new skills and most importantly, prepare employees for expanded roles or promotions. I'd love to learn more on how you feel we can improve communications. We do have regular CEO emails, monthly ALL HANDS meetings, business unit updates and Slack channels to reach our employees. ~Jim Cassens, CEO
