Pros

Ability to help people solve issues.

Cons

They do not live the values they preach. The past is exaggerated, they cherry pick leads for certain associates even though they claim not to. Even when you point out we installed the wrong product, they let go. The customer will pay in the end with that thought process.

Thank you for taking the time to write and post your review and thank you very much for mentioning one of our pro's is our abilty to help people solve issues. We work really hard at making sure Perma-Seal is always and will always be the best choice when choosing a contractor to fix their home. With regards to the con's...with almost 300 employees we undertsand Perma-Seal works out for many and it may not work out for a few. We are sorry to see your time at the Seal did not end the way you wanted. In an effort to do our best at making the world a better place for current/past employees and our customers I would like to extend an invitation for us to talk in greater detail regarding the con's you shared. If a wrong needs to be made right, I promise you I will do my best to accomodate that. You can reach me directly on my cell @ 331-457-9265 or jburlison@permaseal.net Thank you Jim Burlison

Pros

You get a paycheck, If they have an actual accounting team on payroll.

Cons

First I will start with the obvious, Not only are this company's responses to low reviews absolutely rude and absurd, they are just like the star employees themselves, including management, BULLIES in their responses. They clearly belittle anyone who leaves an honest review. This is not the place to demonstrate what you think is your power PS. This is a site for people who don't want to be sheep in your pen! This company talks about how it's a tribe and it's a team, they are NOT. They are self-interested, self-motivated, and they will consistently side with horrible employees simply because they have tenure. You are told in the welcoming program how bullying is not tolerated. The company changed the name of HR to "Culture and Talent" just so you are denied your basic rights when trying to seek help. If you do not sit quietly while injustice surrounds you, if you work harder than the employees with tenure (which is not hard considering they are lazy and rarely meet any tangible goals) if you try to put new processes in place to benefit the honest and hard-working employees, prepare to have lies spread about you, malicious rumors spread, your character defamed and when you finally reach your point and try to discuss your concerns like a rational, civilized, professional human being, KNOW that you will be fired IMMEDIATELY. They claim to communicate so well with each other, they claim the departments work together. They do NOT. They sit and smile in each other's faces and when the time comes for anything to be done, they simply do not do it. I did not meet a person there who "lived their core values" and the ones who actually would, were silently being crushed into submission from management. The owner, Roy, is nothing more than the face of the company who is out of touch with what actually goes on within the company because his only focus is the bottom dollar and appearances. Do not be deceived by the pretty exterior, the interior is that of a cult. They are liars. They do not do what they say they will, They scam consultants and other sales guys out of commissions, if you are not a favorite of management you will be penalized for minor infractions that again, tenured consultants, do not get penalized for despite there being MULTIPLE infractions. It is a place equivalent to a Juvenile Hall because even High school kids don't act with the malice and malcontent these managers have towards anyone trying to legitimately better themselves.

Thank you for posting your review. We take every review (good, bad and in the middle) with the mindset of being constructively discontent and open for continual improvement. I would love an opportunity to discuss the concerns you shared in the review and if there were any wrongs done I would like an opportunity to make things right. Please know we care for all of our employees (all 300 of them) including all past employees and want nothing but the best for each of them. I can be reached on my cell or email. Thank you and have a great day. (331)457-9265 jburlison@permaseal.net Jim Burlison Director of Sales

Pros

Working with other like minded people who want nothing more than to help all to succeed. Not just the best known company in their field, but best products and best warranties that make selling all the more easier. Startup straining is first class with continued support after.

Cons

401K can be a bit more lucrative. This would help emoloyees see the long game /long term financial benefits.
