Pros

- Great team culture and environment - High levels of company transparency, engagement from leadership, and communications across all departments - Best in class product and a dedication to keeping it at the top of the market

Cons

No cons, it is a start-up so it is a fluid environment with quick growth that requires hard work, but that makes it all the more rewarding to be a part of.

Pros

PermitFlow is a promising startup trying to revolutionize the permitting sector. The engineering team is built to move fast which makes for a fun developer experience and allows us to address customer or internal demands quickly. A lot of our work involves trying to automate the permitting process which is an interesting engineering challenge given the variety of municipalities and customers involved. The engineering team is top-notch and a lot of fun to work with.

Cons

Like any startup, you'll need to work hard.
