      Pros

      - The company is on a great trajectory. Funnel metrics look good, and ACV is high. - The product is best in class - customers love it. - Strong founders that strike a great balance of caring for their people while also keeping laser-focused on results.

      Cons

      It's a startup! Not everything is 100% figured out and everyone's wearing a lot of hats. This is a good thing in my book, but it's not for everyone.

      Pros

      Big thumbs up to the management for actually caring about work-life balance. Taking time off is super easy here; way better than my last job! Really appreciate being part of a company that gets it. I also really appreciate that they’re open to training people without prior experience in the field.

      I've been with the company for almost a year now, but nothing but good vibes so far.
