Pros

The new sales leadership has completely turned things around. Before, it felt like we were constantly getting in our own way more focused on rigid processes than actually closing deals, with little internal support for the sales team. Now, we’re finally listening to both our customers and our reps. The culture shift is real. There's momentum again, and people are fired up to win individually and as a team. Leadership is hands-on, direct, and committed to making everyone better. Collaboration has leveled up. AEs and SDRs are finally working as one unit instead of separate islands.

Cons

Change always comes with a learning curve. If you’re resistant to feedback or slow to adapt, this pace might overwhelm you. Still early days some processes are being built as we go, which can feel chaotic at times.
