Incredible opportunity to work in a high-growth, high-impact space (construction tech & permitting is a niche but valuable industry). Smart, driven team with a strong emphasis on ownership and autonomy. Lots of visibility—your work has a direct impact on customers and company direction.

Cons

As with most startups, work-life balance can be tricky—fast pace and tight deadlines. Some processes are still being figured out as the company scales but tries to remain nimble.
