Perrigo is a global corporation that values their staff and ensures that staff are kept informed of successes and changes within the company and their input is encouraged and welcomed at a site level as well as a global level. Their core values of Respect, Responsibility and Integrity, guide all employees interact with each other. These are very good foundations to promote a good and professional working environment.
Cons
Perrigo is a publically listed global corporation. The execution of Perrigo's five strategic pillars - Quality, Customer Service, Innovation, Cost Effectiveness and People is sometimes not fully adopted my all senior management at a site level and unfortunately by not leading by example, they run the risk of staff not taking the strategic pillars as seriously as they would / should.
