      Pros

      Great culture that helped the company grow. Long time values from the top were passed down to middle management and to employees.

      Cons

      New leadership has lost some of the values that make Perrigo unique. The company has shifted to mostly acquistions and international, and that has taken attention away from customers.

      Tremendously talented professional employees. A very collaborative and friendly environment. Everyone focused on driving greater shareholder return and on ensuring the company is a great place to work.
