The benefits were pretty good.

Cons

Perrigo, Ohio was poorly managed. They don't treat their employees very well but put on a show when upper management show up. The Plant Manager is immature personally and professionally - not really sure what he does exactly to add any value. He dismisses quality and focuses on lbs. of product produced - his numbers look good because he accounts for the product made and doesn't include the product wasted/ unsellable (runs 2 steps forward, 5 steps backward). Very shady!
