Free snacks in the office Nice coworkers (most of them) Good work life balance I had a great manager
Cons
As the new CEO joined he wanted to make the company more profitable as usually. Some positions were eliminated locally without second thought and lot of people lost their jobs. Of course the new processes did not work and local company is struggling with basic processes (like paying invoices). Every change is hard however the company lacks a good change management project manager. Also there are some colleagues whi thinks they can do anything (disrespect other coworkers, demand better company car, go behind upper management's backs) and it is really destroying the morale. Not really good career opportunities.
