      Pros

      I was able to learn a lot about the business of pharmaceuticals and distribution. They encouraged that you take classes to advance.

      Cons

      They do not treat everyone as equals. There is a favoritism to certain people. They also do not promote the best people for jobs. I also believe they have some hidden racism.
