Pros

I was able to learn a lot about the business of pharmaceuticals and distribution. They encouraged that you take classes to advance.

Cons

They do not treat everyone as equals. There is a favoritism to certain people. They also do not promote the best people for jobs. I also believe they have some hidden racism.

Continued growth provides great career opportunities. Continuous improvement driven. Providing work, life balance is important to Perrigo. Compensation is fair.

Cons

Location in small town of Allegan. Company policies tend to be conservative. Retirement plan is not fantastic. Fast growth causes chaos at times.
