Pros

Salary and bonus structure are tops in the Industry.

Cons

Too much politics and favoritism. You used to be evaluated on your performance now it's a popularity contest. Management cares little for the employees. Company culture is to keep as much as possible from employees. Everything is a secret.

Pros

There is NOTHING good about this job job for anyone who has Construction or Project Management experience, a family or ethics.

Cons

Used and abused field employees with motivation in some mysterious bonus that always changes. The firm is proud of their practice of belittling employees. They don't care about safety as evidenced by their lack of hard hats on actual job sites. Required employees to go into debt for car allowance. Ignore OSHA requirements and beat down all of their subs.

Pros

Provides food in the kitchen for employees

Cons

Secretive environment, no transparency at all. Expects huge loyalty to the company but will cut good employees without hestitation. No vacation or sick days in first year of employment.
