Pros

They build a quality home and keep a lot of inventory on the ground. They hire truly quality professionals that are dedicated to their work. If you are dedicated and work hard you can make really good money as a Sales Professional.

Cons

Back in 2004-2010 the management style was to "Manage through fear." The owner Mr. Perry died in 2013 and the new management finally realized that the current management was running off all the truly excellent employees. Most of the old management style was fired and there seems to be a real push to improving the employee Perry Homes reviews. Hopefully the new management style will be to appreciate their employees and their contributions

Pros

Commission rate, good quality, free food at corp

Cons

Not on pe VP has ever sold a thing. Somehow Perry has determined that construction are the real sales experts. It'd be funny if it wasn't so stressful, tired plans, a culture that suppresses creativity in personality and thought. A meat grinder where you're just the next dispaosable number. There's a reason the interviewing is a turnstile. At some point they're going to run out of people to interview. There is high turnover for a reason.

Pros

Commission structure is higher than the average builder. Inventory homes are 2.4% and tbb/dirt deals are 3.4% based off before deco selections. You get paid more but you also do a lot more! They are opening a lot of communities in the SA area. You get more holidays off than the normal builder.

Cons

All mgmt comes from the builder side so they have no understanding on how to sell! They are very vague on settling disputes between sales partners. They will tell you to work things out your self. They do not promote from the sales side. You will only receive a $2,500 draw after training and the max you will receive is $5k. If you haven't sold anything and you've already maxed out your $5k draw you'll receive $0 the following month. There is very little marketing from corporate.
