Proper hike should be given. No onsite opportunities. Not so good policies.

1. Worst Resource management. RM people are very unprofessional and rude. once you are on bench they will treat you like you have become burden to them. they will force you to work on any technology. Switch company much easier than switching project. 2. When you are on bench, you don't even get machine. Company cant afford to give you machine when you are not working on any project. 3. So many new policies have introduced and some are worst. 4. You can easily become module lead but becoming Team lead is very difficult. It doesn't matter how eligible you are, you have to earn credit points to become eligible. And getting credit points is another headache, you have to collect 60 credit points for promotion by giving various tests and you will get only 2.5 credit points per test that's really disgusting. 5. No Onsite 6. Long term service bonus is very negligible. this bonus is for 5 years and 15 years not 10 years. This is really funny.
