Pros

Work quality is good. Company maintains work & life balance. Offers very good food which costs included in CTC. CEO is very down to earth, and always focused on company growth.

Cons

Less salary compensation as compare to the product base companies. Appraisal process and rate is not so good. Sometime managerial behavior is kind of typical Puneri. Onsite opportunities are very less.

Good for technical learning. Several locations in Pune. Promotions happen in almost every quarter. Not very strict dress code. Also flexible timings.

Cons

Policy for promotion and appraisal is not open. Sometimes you might feel that why people of special/one cast only stick here.
