PetCareRx has lazy leadership and a poorly managed workplace. The managers here don't seem to care about the company anymore. They only care about the profit the company gets, but they don't care anymore about keeping the workplace clean and the work conditions safe. Avoid this company.

Chatting with colleagues after a rough call.

Literally EVERYTHING. Worst company I've ever worked for. This job caused me so much stress. Racism, favoritism, and lack of respect. Management is horrible and doesn't know a damn thing. The customers can get rude and disrespectful as well. Stay away from this place.

For those who don't mind working in a smelly office, have fun working here!

Cons

The office space was untidy and smells terrible! It's because employees can bring their pets to work and management doesn't put restrictions! And though I'm also fond of pets, the office reeks of poo! The entire workplace smells horrible and it's awfully distracting!!
