Pros

Pros would be quick turnaround from interview to offer to start date, all within a week. The company allows its representatives to use their own judgment and opinions on the best way to sell their products and handle customer service issues. Managers there are more like friends that do whatever they can do to help, guide and support the reps as opposed to "bossing" or "directing" reps, there's no one way to do things so reps have the freedom to handle business as they see fit. There's a lot of flexibility in hours and overtime as well which is a definite Pro.

Cons

You've got to handle the good with the bad, some sales/service calls are great and uplifting, other times customers can be difficult, but I guess that comes with the territory as they say.

Great company with flexibility that is current with the times!

Pros

There is no requirement to work onsite. This shows that there is a high level of trust from management. There is a new CEO that promotes a culture of trust, empowerment and fun. A culture of great communication is being expanded whether it is through instant message, email, video calls or socially distanced in person meetings. So many individuals have been promoted from within which provides longer career paths. There are high tenured employees across all departments with 15 and 20+ years in!! The work/life balance is amazing!!! As long as you get your job done, there is great flexibility. People actually care about each other. The workforce is very diverse. The benefits are good quality. This is a very stable company that is headed for major growth.

Cons

Benefits are great but expensive, limited paid holidays and some processes are outdated and inefficient but some people are stuck in their ways and don’t want to change.
