PetMeds is a great place to work!! Management will work with you on scheduling issues. When I first started at PetMeds it was a little scary, but I have grown within the company for the time that I have been here. You have the opportunity to grow within, benefits are great and the school program is wonderful.

Supportive coworkers, meaningful work helping pets and their owners, and a workforce of long-tenured employees who genuinely care about what they do and about each other. People stay because they enjoy working here, feel valued, respected, and treated like family. There is a strong sense of teamwork, accountability, and shared purpose throughout the organization. The company invests in its employees and encourages professional growth at all levels. Leadership is accessible, approachable, and genuinely interested in employee feedback. As a member of management, I strive to maintain more than just an "open-door" policy, I make myself available to my team and take every suggestion, concern, question, or even someone simply needing to vent seriously. I view those conversations as opportunities to support team members, improve processes, and make the workplace better for everyone. Our current CEO is visible, engaged, hardworking, and has years of valuable industry experience. Most importantly, she leads by example and has helped restore confidence, accountability, and a renewed focus on growth, innovation, and employee engagement. In my 19 years with the company, I have never been more optimistic about its future. The organization is moving in a very positive direction, and this is one of the most exciting times to be part of the team.
