Pros

I have been a PetMed employee for about a year. You will be busy working here -there are lots of things to do, but, we receive the tools that we need to get them done. All the departments have seen a growth in staff. Management listens to suggestions on where improvements are needed. Since working here the PTO has been updated, remote work has become normal and benefits have improved in cost . I consider this proof that PetMeds is a great place to work. Keep the positive changes coming.

Cons

You will be busy, more staff is needed to help control workload. We have some holidays, but not every department can take them off. More staff would allow for people to take more holidays off and weekends.

Pros

I have been with the company for 5 years. in that time I have been treated with nothing but respect. I've worked hard, and have been rewarded with advancement opportunities. The growth we will experience in the coming years as me excited for what other opportunities lie around the corner. I've worked a lot of places in my years, this is by far one of the best companies I have worked for.

Cons

I haven't had many bad experiences working here.

Pros

Our employees are fantastic and live the true mantra that PETS ARE FAMILY. All employees are empowered and will do what it takes to make sure our pet parents have the meds and supplies they need to take care of their furry loved ones. We are trusted experts for pet families and are an extension to their family in all life stages of their pet family. We live and breathe this on a daily basis....team work is amazing and all of our employees are bright shinning stars! Who doesn't love dogs, cats and horses? We have an open environment to bring your pets into the office (dogs/cats)....it is a lot of fun! And, II always love to see our PETS doggies - Penny and Leo!!!

Cons

Since COVID, I miss seeing my co-workers....During COVID-19, we excelled at quickly adapting to a work from home environment to allow our essential workers the workplace they needed. While ZOOM calls were an excellent bridge to bring us together, it is not quite the same. I look forward to being among my co-workers in a live, face-to-face environment, The cost of health benefits is something that we are working on.
