We are always looking to promote from within where applicable.
Many of our pack members have been certified with their Pharmacy Tech license and transferred from Customer Care to the Pharmacy department. PetMeds will pay for this for any employee looking to make the transition. There is also a myriad of other roles that have been promoted from within during my short 1.5 year tenure. We hope that you can be one of the promotions one day. We also just implemented an Education Assistance program to help employees learn new skills.
