Pros

When you are asked to lie to the customers or cheat them, you don't feel like working for that company. At least I didn't.

Cons

The people in leadership are awful. These unethical people lie blatantly about discounts to fool customers and then blame the employees when customers get angry. Their poor attitude shows how little they care for employees and the customers. Stay away from PedMeds if you have ethics and don't want to lie daily.

I liked helping customers get what their pets needed.

Cons

- Chaotic systems that constantly crashed and created disaster after disaster - Mountains of orders are piling up with no real solutions in place - Customers left angry, while technicians were forced to take the blame - Leadership that turned a blind eye to every broken process - Chronic short staffing that pushed workers past exhaustion every single day - Pressure to sacrifice safety and accuracy just to move faster - A constant weight of guilt from knowing quality was destroyed for the sake of speed

Salary could’ve been Poor communication between management/customer/pharmacy Constantly changing programs that barely ever worked Not much room for advancement Let go without any notice
