Some managers were really great and helpful Training is pretty thorough Remote work's available

Cons

Lack of upward mobility and future of company/leadership is very uncertain. Most customers come with a sense of entitlement an will berate you, You'll spend more time fixing someone else's screw up then making sales. Most of the time due too the websites poorly functioning automated systems.

Poor Job Security Due to the Worst Policies

Pros

I don't think that anyone would ever find any pros here. I saw many cons, and the scariest one was the uncertainty about job loss.

Cons

The job security was simply terrible here. Employees were asked to leave without notice, and it created a toxic work ambiance full of fear. I was always worried about losing my job for no reason. It was horribly stressful. The people at the top are insane and act like tyrants. Beware!
