Pros

Nice facility, good food, bad managers

Cons

Non-supportive environment. Several bullies employed here, protected by management, HR. Although there are several competent, supportive ancillary staff here, the old hospital crew can be hostile, mean, demeaning and interrupt work flow. Management does not care. The bullies are allowed to continue, despite their harassing and intimidating behavior while management allows good, empathetic, goal oriented employees to leave... in droves! I get anxious just thinking about ever having to walk through those doors again, for any reason. It has been the absolute worst 5 years of my life. I had to attend counseling sessions to learn how to cope...HR did not care. At all. One bully was caught red handed, stealing from another employee, caught sleeping on the job, was instrumental in creating a hostile environment by mobbing, causing many new employees to quit... and is STILL employed there! I would not recommend any colleagues to apply at Peterson nor would I ever apply again, myself. I have been in healthcare for over 20 years and after my experience at Peterson, have left the medical field all together.

Pros

Some employees can be helpful.

Cons

Management doesn't care about any of your concerns. I continue to see a pattern of consistent turnover especially the employees that attempt to defend themselves. Your on an island by yourself with minimal support from coworkers and no support from management.
