Senior leaders and upper management had own way of doing things. If you spoke up or questioned it you were a target for every little thing.
No work life balance.
If you tried to transfer out of a toxic department then random issues came up from not qualified to transfer to HR wouldn't send your info onto a different department.
Can't use sick leave until you have been out for 3 consecutive work days - meaning if you weren't scheduled it didn't count as a day
Tried to make me come back to work COVID positive because the new variant was "not that bad"
Horrible pay.
