Pros

Can get a lot of overtime if desired.

Cons

Unfortunately I put in my two weeks and they terminated me. This happens often, so don’t put in your two weeks. Work until the day you plan on leaving. I regret to say my time at Peterson was challenging due to numerous workplace issues. The environment was marked by constant drama and a distressingly high turnover rate. From day one, the workplace culture was characterized by unresolved conflicts and interpersonal tensions. Communication breakdowns were common, leading to misunderstandings that escalated into unnecessary disputes. The lack of a conducive environment for teamwork significantly hindered productivity and morale. The turnover rate was alarmingly high, with colleagues leaving frequently, often due to dissatisfaction with management practices and unresolved conflicts. This instability made it challenging to foster a sense of stability or long-term growth within the team. Moreover, managerial support and conflict resolution mechanisms seemed insufficient, exacerbating existing problems. There was a palpable lack of leadership guidance and effective strategies to address the underlying issues, leading to a perpetual cycle of discord and turnover. Overall, the experience was deeply disappointing. While the job itself had potential, the toxic workplace dynamics and high turnover overshadowed any positive aspects. I hope the company can address these fundamental issues for the well-being of future employees.

Pros

CEO Corey was polite Immediate coworkers were nice

Cons

Direct and upper management were horrible and toxic. They lied, manipulated, cursed you out, intimidated and threatened you if they didn’t like you or if you weren’t part of their clique. They singled you out and mentally beat you down. They set you up for failure and then stood back as you fell. They lied and covered for each other. The team is filled with nepotism and favoritism.
