Great team, good work environment between employees, flexible scheduling

Cons

Managers tend to move ones schedules around without notifying the employee. Mandatory overtime by requiring a "on call day" which then requires a PRN employee work a full time schedule. Never seen senior management unless there was a problem.

-Pharmacy managements decisions are self-seeking as evident by their actions (hiring/promotions) -You work for a contract company that works for another contract company -Removal of job autonomy by department managers
