      Great Working Environment but Salary could Improve

      Great colleagues, work environment is flexible, and work is stimulating

      Cons

      Salary is not that high, health insurance also comes out of your salary and not covered by the company so it brings it down more.

      Competitive Pay. I’ve had some great managers to work under and have helped me grow as a professional. Philips seems to care about a work life balance

      They sometimes get in the own way with logistics and processes. Saving a dollar sometimes costs them 10
