Pros

Pay is at or above industry average. There are very experienced sales professionals who have been in the industry, worked together, and been at the company for 20+ years. In every market they have product market leaders. They align well to execute on business strategy with collaborative selling approaches. They have great leaders and management in place to help you grow as a sales rep. There is a lot of knowledge on the team so starting out earlier in your career here will help set you up for success for years to come.

As every large company there are some process improvements that could be made but they are constantly working on them to improve the business.
