You do however point out some good points on which we can and will do our best to improve. If your issue applies specifically to your own position, then we recommend reaching out to your HR department as they're in the best position to help you out with this.       Lack of vision dooms a career in Philips

      Pros

      -modern company, modern/latest tools for work -good for experiencing international company culture

      Cons

      -The Greek branch of the company doesn't care about it's employees. 50% of the employees are owned by 3rd party contractors, and stay there for many years promised a move to the main company which has better benefits. Cases of employees leaving after being promised a position in main company are very common. This creates disillusion between employees where half of them have decent salaries and the rest get minimum wage. I wouldn't recommend working at Philips as a 3rd party contractor. -no IT department
