Pros

Good wages with most often a managable workload. The facilities are kept clean and workplaces are neat and organized.

Cons

Politically charged working environment. The rules are levied unequally depending on favoritism. Personal distractions within the workplace are permitted depending on the staff involved. Right and wrong become blurred.

Really passionate and helpful team members, competitive pay, interesting work, great work culture. Everyone is really helpful and wants to see you succeed and learn a lot.

Cons

Cannot really think of any relating to the work, but No housing or transportation stipend was provided for interns

Stay Away For Your Own Good

Pros

Medical company that actually does something significant for the world. Convenient hours. Easy to slack off if that is your thing.

Cons

- Management in constant fire-extinguishing mode. - Can't make a difference based on data or engineering or buisness, only based on politics. - Over 25 people left in the past 3 months, and more to come. - Low salaries - Very obvious "everyone is replacable" mentality - Engineering descisions made by high management, disregarding the engineers. - Very low inter and intra team colaboration despite efforts by good people, due to toxic environment - No RSU or options.
