      Generous compensation....but not worth the costs

      Salary, benefits, annual bonus potential, lateral movement and growth opportunities

      Cons

      Toxic work environment, unstable management hierarchy - constant business "transformation," "good old boys club," very little work/life balance, substandard HR, reactive rather than proactive approach to customer satisfaction, very outdated attitudes and policies from leadership, inefficient processes, siloed ways of working
