- Standardized procedures and processes - Above-average salary - Work-life balance

Cons

- Hierarchical management levels, which makes it hard to make a decision and get things done - Great difference from team to team - be aware of which team you are in and who is the manager - Unresponsive colleagues especially across teams and from administrative staff

Stable, great company, decent pay during the pandemic.

Cons

Started as remote now they want us in the office. Leads micromanage behind their computers. Training could be better.
