      Pros

      Majority great people who are kind, knowledgeable, and fun to work with. The work is interesting and there are many opportunities to learn Good options to continue education on the company's dime

      Cons

      Ok benefits - not the best healthcare coverage, but decent enough Bad behavior is sometimes rewarded or not dealt with Very difficult to get promoted or get a raise

      Great company to work for

      Pros

      Lots of interesting challenges. I feel like we can make a difference in patients lives through quality service. We typically fix problems the first time. Lots of support to complete my job if needed.

      Cons

      Work life balance can be difficult. Pay could be better for I feel we we wear many different Hats. We can be Technicians, sales, advisors to customers, help with managing projects, and customer service, and administrators.
