It's hard to think of any pro's

Cons

HR is a joke! They don't listen to employees when there is a genuine concern for mistreatment. Higher up's refuse to see that sometime's it's management that are the real issue. Supervisors/Managers like to intimidate their employees by letting them know they are replaceable.

Great benefits and work life balance.

Cons

Horribly slow systems, oppressive management style with little room for growth or upward mobility, holiday time is not separated from PTO and they pay on a 2 week pay period, so if you are coming from a bi-monthly pay cycle, you get less on every paycheck. They have big meetings showing everyone how there is room to grow and positions open and then you get reprimanded and demerited if you ask. The politics are off the charts and the climate changes with each CFO.
