Remote work option and salary.

Cons

PTO - unlimited but they dare you to take even hours off to run errands. Management - smiling to your face while managing to minimize hard work of your staff is hardly considered as “transparency” This company is a predator for career professionals. They advertise for bringing top talent for professional work only to use them as processors to get quotes out the door in 20-25 mins on average, with no loss or info on accounts such as roofers, dairy farms or trucking. 2 RIFs in less than a year. Be very careful accepting offers.

Cons

Declining culture post RIF. Management heavy. Lower level employees work more hours than managers. Work life balance bad if you aren't a people manager.

Pros

Nice office, get to play with NoSQL and various APIs and lots of data, and some smart folks.

Cons

Too many egos, overly arrogant, long hours, a not so unlimited vacation policy in practice, and a few poor recent hiring decisions in certain key positions.
