Pros

- Benefits are ok - Hours are ok (for most)

Cons

- Sr. & Executive Management are far out of touch - If you are not a cheerleader, you will go nowhere - If you are not a politician, you will go nowhere - If you are not willing to coddle their egos you will go nowhere - If you don't play golf, you will go nowhere

Pros

It WAS good pay for a good job

Cons

Of course management has to screw up a good job. Coming into major travel season dispatch is calling up drivers and telling them to stay home due to 'lack of work' while outside carriers are hauling loads into their stores. If i wanted a 4 day job i would have taken one somewhere else. When your 'recruiters' hire you for a 12 hour shift.......... RTMs are backstabbing little weasels only concerned with their numbers and percentages. It appears they and the company couldn't care less about safety related problems even when several employees have been hurt to the level of disability due to reported safety issues at a store..

Pros

The day you quit with or without notice

Cons

You have to go to the Wyoming Labor board to get all of your paycheck. No mechanic, the trucks are broke down in Douglas and Wright, they won’t pay their bills, stiffed tire service and mechanic shops, and are extremely vindictive, especially when you quit, your paycheck/expenses will get “modified” or denied. They get your miles wrong, can’t split loads or just flat don’t give you credit for what you hauled/worked. I shouldn’t have to feel like I need a lawyer on retainer to get all of my paycheck every week. Pilot is full of Yes Men that enjoy throwing Drivers under the bus (but get upset when you quit for some reason). Pilot bought Bridger and ran off the good, successful management and kept all the Bridger Transportation big corporates that bankrupted their company three times. They’re losing work all the time. You have been warned.
